How ePlanHub works
A complete, guided workflow for attorneys and clients—from first contact to signed estate plan.
For attorneys
Create your attorney account
Sign up as an estate planning attorney. Your account is reviewed and approved by our team before you go live. This ensures only licensed professionals use the platform.
- Upload your bar credentials
- Complete your attorney profile
- Set up your first document template
Open a matter and assign intake
When you onboard a new client, create a matter on ePlanHub. Assign an intake questionnaire—customized for the specific services needed (will, trust, POA).
- Select the appropriate intake package
- Set a due date for the client
- Client receives an automatic invitation
Generate documents from intake answers
Once the client submits their intake, review and approve it. Then generate the first draft of their documents with one click—your templates populated with their answers.
- Review intake for completeness
- Generate will, trust, or ancillary docs
- Request revisions or approve and finalize
Send for signature and close the matter
When the client approves the final document, send it for e-signature via HelloSign. Both parties sign. The matter closes automatically when all signatures are complete.
- Send for client e-signature
- Counter-sign as the attorney
- Matter marked complete, signed copy stored
For clients
Receive your invitation
Your attorney opens your matter and sends you an invitation to ePlanHub. You create a secure account and land directly in your personal client portal.
Complete your intake questionnaire
Answer structured questions about your assets, family structure, beneficiaries, and wishes. Save your progress and return anytime. Your attorney is notified when you submit.
Review your estate planning documents
Once your attorney drafts your documents, you'll receive a notification. Review them in full, request changes if needed, and approve when you're ready.
Sign electronically
When your documents are finalized, sign them electronically from any device. No printing, no notary appointment, no office visit. Your signed documents are stored securely.
